can anyone confirm or deny this foxfarm rumor?

I was talking to a friend and he mentioned a major water issue flood or something raked the hell out of one of FoxFarm's main warehouses and they may be going under... anyone else hear this?
 
companies have insurance for these kinda things so no they wont be going out of business because of a bit of flooding
