Can anyone give any advice on my seedlings?

I am wondering if anyone can give me some advice I have 8 seedlings that have sprouted on 20th October and I have potted them, they are stretching and are currently about 3 inches tall and they have 4 small leaves on them, I have them in Canna Natural soil and I am not sure when to start feeding them I have bought Canna start which is for seedlings and rooted cuttings and I'm not sure when they can go under my big light which is a 600. Can anyone give me some advice please as I don't want them to die?
 
oh my...no nutes until your plants are about 8-12 inches tall..they will start to lighten in color that means feed me...veg under flourescents and keep the light about 2-4 inches from the top of the plant, by 3-4 inches i usually have about 3-4 nodes so correct the lighting and when you transplant into the final pot you can plant it a bit deep to bury that stretch a bit...use the 600hps for flowering only and do not ever go over 80 degrees..make sure your water sits out about 2 days before using it..add a little breeze when they are about 6 inches tall..start in a party cup with holes in the bottom and transfer to the final pot around 6-8 inches, you will have to feed a close while after make sure you use a properfull nute line and it will all be ph balanced so dont listen to anyone who tells you to check your ph or that you have a ph problem..that is all do those things and learn how the plant works and how to train them..you will probably not suceed your first try as far as coming out with top shelf product but if you follow these instructions and dont deviate their is a chance...

Seriously? Dont feed a plant in coco til its 12" tall? Dont veg under a 600? Never go over 80? Dont let a breeze hit them til theyre 6"? Dont worry about ph? I will agree that he may get a harvest if he sticks to that but will get a much better harvest if he disreguards everything else. Coco is pretty much inert so the plant will probably die by long before its a foot tall with no food, a light breeze on seedlings is exactly what they need, a 600 watt MH is an amazing light for veg, I have a sage n sour that thrives at 85 in flower and is a dog at 75 and a critical that thrives at 75 and is a dog at 85 so learning your plant is the real key, a ph pen is an absolute necessity in coco.
