Can anyone help me diagnose ?

This is my second grow in FFOF soil. Ph has been on point temps are at 80F humidity is 55
Leaves are twisting some are yellow following off at bottom. They are covered in these tiny specks I can’t figure out what they are even under microscope.

I think you got multiple bugs, mites, thrips, and that black thing could be a beetle or something. I'd mix spinosads and permethrin in a spray bottle, and soak each plant, entire plant, underside of leaves, top of leaves etc.

Get some Forbid and wipe all them suckers out in two applications and keep it going.

Can anyone help me diagnose ?
