Can anyone ID this bug ?

Keep finding a few of these hopping around my leaves. Only seen like 6 or so in the past few weeks but I just want to know if I should start going after them if I see more. I have some captain Jacks but was hesitant to use without knowing more. The plant is 4 weeks into flowering

The bugs are about a cm long at most. Maybe little smaller. White/clearish. No wings it appears but they hop. Springtails maybe ?

Any help is appreciated

Looks like a giant thrip never seen an adult but I find the little ones in the trays when we`re battling them

Nah and I'll be away for a few days unable to take another photo. They're all that size. Havent found smaller ones. Killed like 5 or 6 in past few weeks. No other signs of bugs on leaves. Pure white, slightly transparent. Squishy with 6 legs. Just been smushing em in my fingers.

I've also been finding random drops of water on fan leaves. And a few spots that look like white mildew I've been wiping off. Maybe related to this bug ? Maybe the liquid dries with a white residue. Seemed like water though. possibly transpiration from humidity

Just fed and watered right after this shot. Only gone until monday. Everything on timers plus an AC set to 72 in the room.

Spinosad. Capt Jacks or Monterey. Go do it now.

Thanks. I'll be back on Monday I'll do it on lights out Monday evening. I'll spray down the leaves and do a soil drench. I already have the captain Jack spray. Is it safe if some gets on the buds ?
