Can anyone identify this possible issue?

I looked through some of the threads and couldn't find what might be the problem of this " deadhead" . Could someone please help. I use gh florabloom and flora micro...every 3 days . Thank you

See the veins in the leaf are not green but yellow thats (N) burn ...way too much nutes, flush and re feed with 50% less nutes for the next 2 weeks then resume once things look good..

Adding nutrients with every feeding isn't usual practice (except in coco). So give the plant a break and just water occasionally. So after following Vostok's flush regine...maybe do feed feed water...and at a reduced rate. You should also water enough to get some runoff to minimize salt accumulation in your soil.

I can see just a corner of the pot in that top shot. Can't tell what size it is. Do they maybe need transplanting up as well?
