Can anyone name my deficiencies

What deficiencies do I have here?
First grow . Don’t know what those spots are or why my leaves curl like that . Growing in hp coco should I be water feeding every day or every other day

I heard coco is never supposed to be dry

Ok thanks guys I had some gnats but think they went away could be related , if anyone has any advice for me plz lmk

Eliminate all your pests and see if the plants improve. Fully rooted plants should be fed daily to runoff in coco.

Feed every watering with coco. Do not let coco dry out. Do something about those bugs.
