Can anyone shed any light on this plant?

This plant started life with the seed stuck to a cotyledon leaf, it also had 3 cotyledons but not like a triploid. It's like one side shared 2 leaves. The plant on the left.



These two plants got split as soon as they got a bit bigger.



It struggled through when I topped it and started with the bizarre leaves that you can see on the left. The fingers on the left side of the leaf overlap the right side. I've now got this below...



It's all fucked up. I think it's a male anyway so it's probably gonna get thrown.

Here's one of my other plants which is confirmed female . Basically the above plant has been grown in the same circumstances apart from a slightly different pot. You can see the plant in question at the back on the right.

I am purely guessing but I'm thinking that it is a mutant variation, assuming that you started with viable seeds from a reputable source. Some mutations are cool, some even beneficial, but most are... well, freaks.

If the soil conditions were identical, PH is good for growing in soil, and the same amount and type of nutrients, same /identical on everything,then I couldn't think of anything else that it could be.

I wouldn't necessarily chuck it out. Might be like throwing the baby out with the bath water. Like I said, some mutations are beneficial. I would just wait and see.

As said above, as long as it's not male you should see how it turns out. You never know if you don't give it a go.

Its called a polyploid, it is a mutant but don't be discouraged, just like the double leaves they also grow double buds. The biggest plant I've ever grown was a mutated polyploid, it yielded almost double what the same strain plants did in the exact same condition, you might have a really amazing plant there!

The stem will be flat and look like 2 main stalks fused together, this is what polyploid look like flowered, not my plant by the way this is a stock photo from Google.
