Can clones from flowering plants have as good or better harvest then taken from veg?

Its been said clones cut from a flowering plant that have re-veged can be more viable. Understanding it takes more time for them to develop. I will start flower in a week with currant crop.
Hot weather will be here soon in South west so I have plenty of time to veg clones. But if I cut them now in Veg I will have to sit on them for months till fall till I can flower again in cooler weather again. Too hot to start flower in June if I cut them now.

Next question would be what stage in flower is best to cut them?

Thanks everyone.

I think a clone from veg, and a clone from flower will produce the same. It will just take the monster cropped clone longer to achieve it.

two methods of taking cuttings, ive had good results from older plant cuttings, after they start to flower, take your cuts and put them back into growth light hours and then they root hopefully.
try doing a few from each part of the life cycle and see. i believe as stated above that its called monster cropping when taken from flowering

I can't comment on yeild, given the option I'd take regular clones but in situations like yours needs must, been there.
If you want to really slow down growth take clones at 3/4th week (a formed bud) and keep them in a small pot under soft light, they'll root and grow very slowly, 4ish weeks before you need them clear all the crap and repot them into a bigger pot give them some real light and let them get going, 3/4 weeks and they'll be ready to flower.

These were cut Sep 7th and kept under T5s, it was put to the flower 6 weeks ago,

its easy enough to prolong/shorten the period when required using pot size and soft light.

This is it now

The heavy branching is the desirable trait.

Here is a follow up to my question: If clones were taked from a previousy re-veged adult plant now in Veg stage , grown out then are the clones taken from it is it now also considerd a re-veggeg plant even though itself wasnt ever in the flower stage itself?
I had done this and my new clones in this situation that grew normally at first, then showed re-veg atributes and scraggly leaves then straighten out like it has been re-vegged itself. Now look like monster crop!
I should keep this going all my clones will be ready made monster crops.
