I would bring it to maturity before making hash.

Grossly underwatered
Probably missed many needed proper watering based on that shallow runoff tray
I would set it in a taller pan and soak for an hour
I would do that every day it takes just a few hours for a plant in that size pot to dry out
I would not give up on it just because it’s not photogenic
Hash made of premature buds is racey and disappointing
But it’s your plant

Over fed, underwatered... possible nute lock out, flush it until run off is required ph range...it won't change over night....you have to have patience.
