Can I cure in tupperware containers?

I have ran out of jars and don't want to buy anymore, to be honest. I have lots and lots of tupperware containers that seem to be air tight.

Anyone have success with curing inside tupperware?

Plastic is pourous, and not airtight. So I don't think it would work. Never tried it though.

You wanna go with glass...sorry to say it. Plastic isn't a material well suited for keeping things for long periods of time.

Ever notice how if you leave spaghetti in a tupperware container for like a week...the plastic has that ugly light light red tinge from the sauce soaking in?

Ya...not good. :D Go to thrift stores...you can find mason jars extremely cheap.

I dont mean to hijack this thread but:

I keep about an oz of bud in baggies, inside some tupperware

It's only in there about a week until theres fresh bud in there

Would I notice a difference if I put the buds in a mason jar? When I get my buds they are nice and sticky, usually a really nice cure
