Can i cut off buds and the plant still grow?

so i'm in flowering about 5 or so weeks, and all the bud on the top looks done, but there are a whole bunch of bud sites at that bottom that look like they are just starting out. if i let it go will the ones at the bottom full out and look good like the ones at the top? should i just cut the top half off and let the bottom grow more? should i leave it alone??

Yeah def do NOT cut off the top cola. That would be bad I believe. I say just wait for the bottom ones to finish, give them much more light.

you can harvest in steps. and the top bud should be the first to go. i have done it mant times with great results. just dont remove more than half of the plant. late

your best bet would be to check the buds with magnifying glass to be sure each bud is picked at your ideal potency. top colas usualy ripen faster but if you get more light to lower branches they will ripen closer in time with your top ones.

i would leave it alone because most varieties take a lest 50 to 75 days to mature
