Can I do an 11 light 13 dark cycle?

Will this harm the plants at all? Will it get them to bud quicker?

12x12 all the way. Its going to take about 8 weeks.

12-12 is the best way to go.

actually... i've heard that indica responds well to 12/12... but that some predominantly sativa strains might be better started with 11/13 before going to 12/12. i think i got that right.... anyhow, something to do with the different light cycles that they are accustomed to in their natural habitats.
