can i grow good pot out of a bagseed?

well, i am growing a few different strains such as kush and northern lights. but this guy i know gave me a few shwag seeds from a bag. I know generally people who grow this do not really take good care of it. So I was wondering if i could grow somewhat good weed from these seeds?

From what I was told, yes you can. It's all in how well you take care of your grow. Most dirt weed is just good strains grown in mass without any care or love.
