anyway with my next crop i was thinking of just growing in rockwool. can i grow in just straight up loose rockwool thats sold in bales ? ive seen this used in hydro systems but can i use it as if it was soil? i mean can i treat it like i would a soil grow without having to use a hydro setup? i know nothing about hydro. im interested in using this because i want to try a sog grow and i think it would be a lot easier and less messier then dealing with pots of soil. if so how would i go about doing it? just take my rooted clones in rockwool plugs and stick them in a pot of loose rockwool? thanks in advance.
