Can I LST this plant in flower? Growing too tall! Help!

My liberty haze and dinafem green cheese are growing way too tall.. I was thinking of LST'ing them even though they are 4 weeks into flower as I've run out of vertical room. It's either that or I get rid of the tent, move the plant directly into my closet and line it with reflective covering.

I was thinking though I could just take the top part of the stalk and just tie it down to the side rod of my tent? Would that stress the plant too much? What can I do at this stage to stay within my tent height limits? My LSD is not growing as tall, so the further I move the light up, the less light the LSD gets. That CFL attached to the reflector is a UVB reptile light I turn on during the peak hours of the day for about 30 minutes at a time.

So, do you think LST'ing in flower would work? Gonna just slightly bend it and just tie it to the tent rod.

Super Crop the tall branches, cut fans only on the tall ones to slow them down, or like you said tie to the rods, which would really be the less stressful and most likely the route I would go. Those are gonna be big colas and you really don't want to stall their performance.

so question tikitoker., if u clip the top where new flowers keep spouting out at the top of the plant., would that stop the plant from growing tall and it would grow wider.?

Just tie the tops down mate, won't do any harm and will still act as lst.
Did it with my first grow and it seemed to increase yield some what.
