Can i make hash with clean alcohol instead of isopropyl ??

Hello Guys,I need this question answered because i will harvest today and i want to use the same method to make hash like this one:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aG2i-qsZBZc But insted of isopropyl i want to use regular alcohol for burning 95% ?I dont know what is the difference and i want to know if there will be the same result or i may damage my weed cuttings??Thank you guys in advance!

What is regular alcohol? Like drinking alcohol? No. Just go to the store and buy isopropyl in the highest % you can find. Your buds and trim have to be dry before you can make hash anyways.

Isopropanol....99% isopropyl alcohol...nothing less

Sorry for that by regular i mean a 95% or more spirit for burning that are sale in drug stores
I can't find isorpopyl that's why i need to find an alternative!

The highest I could find was 91%, and it works, but it just takes longer to evap off.

but be uber careful, I only make it in small amounts at the time (enough for a smoke or 3)

do it out doors if possible, or atleast do it on a window shelf with the window open, I do it under my cooking hood on full speed with no open fire or light bulbs turn on and I let it sit there alone for a few minutes to make it all evaporate ..


you need a small container or tube, plastic or metal, you can fill the Bud`s and sugar leaf`s in to (dry and cut up) you need a hole in one end that fit the lighter gas and a net to cover the other end.

I use a stainless stell tube I made at work and some net as well, can fit up to 5 grams in to it at the time ..

You can use Everclear, no problem.

I have seen 99% ISO in Safeway only.

OPINIONS
bubble hash> butane oil > Everclear hash > ISO

I have made all of them.
The butane oil is stronger but not super tasty and the crap in the butane makes me a little nervous. (Vector is supposedly very clean)
The Everclear hash I made was great, but it is a pain and a little dangerous (like butane)
The ISO I made was fine but I won't make it again now that I have bubble bags.

Properly made full melt bubble hash is incredible.
Mine smells like flowers and is incredibly smooth.

So if i got 99% spirit there is no problem to use it right?
And i will make good hash because i got very stoned and high by my leaves yeah )))

ethanol works if you can find that. the lamp stuff should be the same too, they use it in mycology to sterilize there equipment. or get some proper bho equipment and do some studying. if its done right it should be clean, the cali threads are a good place for that info, there all about dabs. me myself, i love full melt bubble, mmm and the over hyped ice wax!! haha. honestly though of you study general plant extractions and methods, you can do it lots of ways. cold pressed/water, co2, solvents etc.. all have there pro's/con's. its all about what you prefer
