I have my first little growing operation going.
I am growing black russian and the plants are getting quite tall but they are very thin, including the stems. I am going to try and plant the stems deeper when i re-plant into bigger pots, and possibly try to put a fan on them. I'm hoping that will solve my stem problem.
As for the width of the plants, Does anyone know a technique to make them wider? I'm sure there is a technique that I don't know of.
I was also thinking maybe shining the light on to the plant from the side, and rotating them might make then grow outwards (i.e. wider).
What do you think? Thanks in advance.
EDIT: This is indoor.
