can i plant a week old plant outside in the begining of oct in nor cal???

I just put a plant outside on the 19th and hopefully it will do its thing and give me some good weed. I live in the sacramento valley and it gets really hot so I guess you dont have to start worrying about temps till the end of nov. where abouts do you live?
 
The thing you have to worry about mostly now is the light cycle. The day's are naturally shifting to 12/12, so whatever you put outside will go into flower, and if its onlya 6 inch plant, well.. Youre not going to get much.. hehe.. Now if its a monster, or something, you know, respectable, you might get it in in enough time before it gets too cold.. October is usually harvest for outdoor...
