Can I run 2 - 400 Watt CMH's in Super Sun 2's in a 3x3 tent?

Can I run a couple of Super Sun 2 air cooled reflectors in a 3x3x6 tent. I plan on running 400watt CMH's in the Super Sun 2's for 88.8 watts/sq ft. I have 4 of the CMH bulbs, but 400 watts doesn't seem like quite enough in a single reflector configuration.
The tent is in my basement and the ambient air temps are in the 58* to 60* range in fall and winter and 64* to 70* in summer.
I have grown outdoors for many years. Indoor is new to me and looks to be the way to go.

Yes you can if you have good enough cooling and venting.

But of overkill but yes you can do it....
