Can I start a grow in February? Indoors put it outside In mid feb March?

I'm assuming talking Celsius? Outdoor requires mid 60's F average and at least 13.5 hours per day light as I have grown. We drop in April hoping to go outdoors in May. But drop indoors anytime if room to maintain a bush if the wait for friendly weather dictates.

A mature plant. Not a few weeks old. There are cold weather strains. But smaller and harder to find. I live in the snow belt here. Just my experiences.

Depends on where your at. Here you would be lucky to get by with going out in April. But I know guys here that have some started already for this summer. Depends on how much indoor space you wanna use until weather allows them to go outside.

Wait until those lows are steadily in the upper 40's. Lower 50's for my piece of mind. And that's rough on a starter to say the least.

I grew in 5 gallon buckets sitting on top of 6 pallets while there was a foot of snow on the ground one time...Fucking crazy Michigan weather...
Damn bro yea I wanna go find a spot but seems like I have to wait as there are barley leaves on the trees so I can’t estimate how much direct sunlight the spot gets
