The only way is to heat the mix to 110 C for at least 15 minutes. That would generate about 60 psi by the rather crappy graph below.
If you have a suitable pressure vessel, go for it.
Otherwise your best bet is to evaporate your extract in a canning jar until it’s pretty well dried down, then use a standard pressure cooker containing water. That’ll give you 110 C. I’d go longer (30 to 60 min) so that the heat can equalize in your batch.
