I am in day 3-4 of flowering and i want to switch my timer but keep the cycle the same. im running a 10/14 cycle from 9am-7pm but want to switch it to 7am-5pm. will this hurt my plant in any way if i do so right at lights off?

That small of a change, early in flower, won't hurt at all.
Do it like you said, so one night cycle will be 12 hours instead of 14.

thanks i didn't know if it would cause hermie or something bad but like the other guy said it's a 12 switch off so i think it should be good. i didn't calculate that part lol forgot i was doing 14 off

You can switch them however you want really. I've swapped my plants from day time lighting to night time. Just leave them in the dark for an extra amount of time, not the light. They won't know the difference.

thanks yea i ended up just switching em because im tired of my dad complaining about the "cops can see the light" even though were growing under legal limits and everything. idk he is crazy think his mindset is shot already due to my mom getting diagnosed with leukemia not too long ago he been preaching about god and drinking heavily and driving.
