Can I use CFLs and HPS together to grow plants?

Titles says it. Just not sure, moving into a new house, got kinda less space than before. Looking to use current setup and a new setup. What do you think about these?

I'm not sure what exacty are you asking. I grow in a fairly small space with 250w cfl for veg and 400w HPS for flower, wanted to use 600w hps but can't becuse of the heat issues so during flowering I add a bunch of small cfls to cover the sides of the plants. Can't say anything about that particular bulb but I guess bulb is a bulb and should do it's job. I read that having good ballast an a cheaper bulb is better solution than crappy ballast and a good(more expensive?) bulb.
