Can I use these bulbs?

Can I use 100 watt 1690 lumens soft white light bulbs?

What kind of bulb is that?

Thats not a true 100 watt bulb, with CFLs you want to go by the actual wattage, and with the light your asking about, you could use for a seedling but that about it.

Or put in your bedside lamp ........

Lol. No you can't use incandescent bulbs...at least try with CFLs they are cheap

haha , i meant stick the bulb he has in his lamp!

for veg you should use a daylight 6500k light, soft white is for flowering.
Just dont use incandescent bubls lol, use a 23watt/100w equivalent cfl bulbs
