So I work the night shift at a hotel and I was snooping around tonight in the storage room and found one of these: Damar Worldwide- A Leader in Quality Light Bulbs, Incandescent Bulbs, Fluorescent Bulbs, Halogen Light Bulbs, Wholesale Light Bulbs, H.I.D., Light Bulbs, Quartz Bulbs, Ballasts, Speciality Bulbs, Neon Bulbs, Photo, Studio, Safe-Shield, Energy Efficie... The box says its a 'metal x vapor' on it, but on the warnings it calls it a metal halide lamp. Is that the same thing? basically what I want to know is... can I use it to grow with? If so what else would I need for it, because I only have the bulb. Also, one more quick question... we also have a load of 23watt CFLs are those any good to grow with or are they too weak? Thanks
