Can i use this Air Pump for Growing in DWC?

Well for starters, that's a water pump, not an air pump. I use 3 dual outlet air pumps, 4 popcan air stones and a disk airstone in a 4 gal. Square bucket.
It's not the prettiest system but it works.

If you want to do rdwc, you'll need a water pump, but I would use an outboard water pump.

I can't read that language but it looks good. Just keep in mind, no light can get into the bucket! None! You'll get algae and you do not want that. That blue hose/ water level indicator will get algae also, at least mine does.
