Can I use this seaweed to water my plants ?

Hi there,

I got some seaweed from the beach, I've it in water now and I'm planning on using it to water the plants. I'm wondering if I can use this seaweed or it has to be an specific one.



First timer with this stuff so any advice is very welcome

It might have a lot of salt from the salt water but if you rinse it real good it should work. I dunno if you will notice any difference though because it will take so long to break down..
