Can i use this soil?

I grew these 2 beauties using this french cactus soil and it's drying quickly.but i am only spraying them 4~6 sprays per day.Is this soil bad for my plants? Can i change to another soil? I tried to translate what is written there.

From your photos yes you can easily repot that into new different potting soil.
