Can Purple Power be topped?

I have purple power and durban poison and am growing outdoors. I just need to know if they can be topped and how much bud can I expect to get from each plant? It is really difficult to get a good diagram on how exactly to top a plant.

Any plant can be topped... And yields r so relative to so many different factors... This is such an open ended question, even if it is strain-specific... Shit, outdoors, with the right conditions, u could get 10 lbs off of a mj plant of most any variety, aside from autos, of course, but it all depends on how long they vegged and all that... Too many factors missing to be able to give an accurate answer, and even with all the factors, yields r never accurately guessed....

If u pinch off the top 60-80% of the terminal node, then this is the FIM technique, and I highly recommend it... It will make bushes, and trees outta plants... U can do it over and over on yer terminal nodes and get huge bushes that'll need trellising to support the extra weight that will eventually pack on in flowering...
