Can someone date my plant?

i started this plant 12/12 from seed. Literally 12/12 from seed. So i have no idea when it decided to start flowering. I first noticed a calyx with hairs emerging 10 days ago. So does this mean its on week 3 of flower? It doesn't look far enough along to be week 3 but if you think about it, week 1 would be the normal change to 12/12 ending with first hairs after a week. But being a 12/12 from seed, i don't know if its mature enough to be producing buds but it has nice long hairs at 5 nodes down the main stalk. The top of the plant does seem to be doing something funky. Like leaves and hairs have uncontrollably grown in a big clusterfuck. Doesn't seem like the usual new set of leaves. Is this the start of the top cola?

basically i want to know how to date the plant. is it week 2 or 3 of flower based on the fact that it showed sex 10 days ago and has been on 12/12 from seed?

U can sex her up without dating first. She'll put out.

Really, as soon as you began 12/12 you began your flowering schedule. That new growth will be your top cola.
A fast finishing indica or indica Dom hybrid could finish in 7-8 weeks of 12/12.
A longer finishing sativa or sativa Dom hybrid could take 10-16 weeks of 12/12.
Just be sure to keep adequate ventalation and don't interrupt the dark cycle.
What strain you runnin?

does it really matter if it is 2 or 12 weeks in flower? it will be ready when it's ready.

no calendar can tell you when to harvest when you are growing indoors so instead of chopping to a schedule you need to keep a close eye on the plant. a general rule of thumb is all the hairs are red and the growth has slowed. all strains behave differently but most should stop growing at some point, this is generally when you want to harvest for maximum potency.

my question is, what week of flower should i consider it to be on. for nutes and diagnosis of problems/stunting.

2 is not far wrong and would be my guess. if you have bloom nutes and veg nutes i would keep them on the veg nutes until you actually seed buds, she will require a lot of nitrogen yet

Not just different strains, but different plants. And even different parts of plants. I had two plants going, same seed batch from same supplier. One finished at 8 weeks and the other is still packing on the weight at 10 week. The one that is still going grew a big ol' bud from the bottom branch and was done at week 9, the rest of the plant still looks like at least a week more- an the cola hasn't shown any signs of letting up.

looks good. is that a smart pot you got her in?been wanting to try them
Yes its a 3 gallon smart pot. I kinda like them so far. The air pruning seems to be working but i don't like that they are unstable when picking up. They make them with handles tho.
