Can Someone Explain To Me When You Use Formulex With Seeds

I do not use anything for seedlings personally but you can use it as a foliar spray during the seedling stages or early stages of veg. Make sure you dilute it, below 1/4 strength to be safe then bump up from there.

cheers bud can you soak the rockwool then put the seed in there once its cracked would that help the roots
