Can someone give me a bit of advice please?

If there was a plant with the top cola still white hairs coming through but the rest of the plant looking almost finished( 1 - 2 weeks ) could the lower top buds be harvested, and will that let the top cola get some energy and to finish off?

I think the topcola growth got stunt by the light being to low..

Will this stress the plant, harvest the finished buds and leaving the top?

Should the plant just be flushed like normal for the finished buds?

Should the plant be harvested in sections to cause less stress?

Anyones help would be much appreciated.

yeah you can clip off mature buds.. heck I will clip off some immature ones for a taste..

wont stress the plant.. I dont flush my plants.. usually dont feed too much nutes other then compost..

plant should not have stress unless you go wild removing stuff..
