Can Someone Help ?

ok this is the second time its happened i bought beans from Castle put eachone in its own shot glass after 2 days each was open and ready for planting i put each one in it's own cup with mg seed starting soil in one of the seed starting trays that comes with a top and put it outside and bring it in at night and put it under floresents and nothing has happend it's been 7 days same last thing last year I had to order more beans and they grew but i cant afford to stick 200 in the dirt and not get any thing back what is going wrong i'm not soaking the soil but it is moderetly wet ?

Carefully place the seed root downward in the soil at half inch deep. Keep the soil a bit loose and always wet at this stage.
That's all i know and it all went well from first time i tried growing. Hope this helps. Someone might comment on the fluorescent lights coz i have no idea about indoors

thank you I did i'm just wondering if the mg seed starting soil is killing them

I used 2nd grade peat and coco soil. Not a pro mix, just something locally packed. Check the soil and ur water ph, should be between 6 and 7.

You don't need light to start the seeds.......just put them on a wet paper towel and cover with same, when they sprout, plant them......
