You need to post information for people to help you. What youre growing in, what youre temps are.. RH, what youre feeding them. what lights ect.. this will help in resolving your issues.

Youre not understanding. It could be a multitude of things based on the things I listed. Provide that information and you may very well get your information. In fact I know you would get it a lot faster than just asking people to guess.

The rusty spots are caused by the green pipe cleaner. Its off gassing. Once moisture gets into that color of pipe cleaner a terrible gas is released.

Its obvious though. Look at the color of the pipe cleaner then look at the color of her plants, same color.

Well in my opinion since you can't help us help you is
You're feeding too much, you're not feeding enough. Your ph is to high. Your ph is to low. Your humidity is wrong. Its too hot in your room. You have nute lock. You can have deficiencies. Your light is too close.

So green pipe cleaners in veg,
White in flower based on pistil color.

Once the buds fatten and the pistils change color you change the pipe cleaner again based on color.
Red pistils means red pipe cleaners.
