Can someone recommend a good ppm meter for around $60?

Hello RIU I'm going to try my hand at hydroponics after years of organics I'm going to be running a drain to waste system the plants will be in 5 gallon pots of coco and perlite mix. Anyways I've been trying to find a reliable ppm meter for around $60 but haven't had any luck I saw a blue lab ppm pen for $58 but after reading the horrible reviews for blue lab ppm pens I decided to hold off until I could get a second opinion so does anyone know a good reliable brand of meter I can use for around $60 or should I take my chances and stick with the blue lab pen?
