Can someone tell me why this is happening?

iv seen this a couple times most the time it's with seeds and I wrote it off as weak genetics or something but now it's on my cut of trainwreck Iv had for over 10 years .... It's been just fine but I just transplanted it and now this is what I see .... What's going on?

is the soil you used in PH range

You'll have to post some details for better help... medium, nutes... other set up... water, lights... and any numbers you may have gathered (pH, PPM, etc)

I'm growing in tupur coco
I'm running veg bloom
I feed at 6.0-6.2 I don't think soil ph pens do anything
The last feeding was at 700 ppm
It is currently under 8 bulb t5
I think it's ph issue but not sure it happen right after I transplanted

I've had the same thing happen before with clones. Ends up working itself out for the most part.
