can somone help with autoflower strains?

Hey guys and gals , first timer here with just a few start up questions if anyone would be able to help. Me and my girlfriend are curently building a grow box (3ft tall,2ft wide and 1ft deep-with light fixture holding 5 cfl bulbs we have. 5 23w 2700k. 8inch intake fan at the bottom and 2 4inch exhuast fans on both sides of the top of box, all walls coverd with mylar) that's basicly all we got sofar. We are looking for a hobby both of us can enjoy. We were thinking an autoflower strain for our first grow.but we are confused on the strain. Was thinking lowryder #2 but was wondering anyone knew of or had and exp with any other autoflowering strains ( bigger yield, more potent, easier to grow ect) I guess ill start there . If there's anyone who could help us get started that would be great. P.s I have not selected any soil or nutes yet as I am not sure on the easiest way to go about our first grow.
