There is so much wrong with those plants that you'll need to really learn some things very quickly. If I were you, I would do some research and start your own plants. Or you can pray for help from above. Don't even think about feeding them anything until you can stabilize them.
The soil is too heavy. This means that they will retain water longer and there's not really an easy way to flush them.
It looks like you have all kinds of nutrient problems going on, including possible toxicity or maybe lock out. This makes me wonder what your ph is. You probably don't know, so you'll need to get a ph tester. If your ph is all over the place, certain nutrients will be locked out. The stems are a sick red. Man, there's so much going wrong with those poor plants.
Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it also looks like you have a spider mite infestation.
Short answer. Yes. Someone could heal these plants. But I don't think it's you. Sorry. They are bit far along in their completely fucked phase. They will struggle for a few weeks and if they pull through it they might even flower (assuming they are/were females), but they are so damaged and stressed out that you're not looking at much yield and your chances of a hermie are pretty high if that's how you roll with your plant stress levels.
It's horrible. I can't look at those photos anymore. It's like a nightmare.
And... your buckets look a little small.
