can u cloan autoflowering strain

hey had a question got an unknow clone from a friends that said it flowers on its own i got 2 clones and have been growing them for 3 weeks sure enough looks like its budding as if i had lights on 12/12 not just a few hairs here and there but really close together and several hairs like buds i was able to clone them and the new clones seem to be doing the same thing clones on 24 under florcent and 2 other plants in veg under 18 hours of light he said when he clones he clones buds instead of regular vegitive growth ..do you think its an autoflowering strain.. or messed up and stuck in flowering cycle not at much vegitive growth as budding and can u even clone an autoflowering strain?

also im not a newbie a grew a few times but never had these results ..pics soon to come as i am sure you will ask

No it has a set life cycle so there is no way to maintain it in a vegetative state and clone it.

have i found an autoflowering plant that can be cloned or to people say it cant be cloned because its harder to clone buds i clones a few brances when they just had a few hairs on them and they get a decent height? anyone?

No an auto flowering plant will not revert back to veg it will just flower and die. You can not clone this plant if it is a true auto flowering strain.

what you think my situation is then? they look pretty autoflowerish to me startes on 24 and then started budding put on 18 and now seems like it budding faster never been on a 12/12 schedule plant dont really veg to much mostly buds but the plants i have 2 of them are at leaste a foot and a half and getting taller the little clones i took 1 out of 3 survived

alright i post pic after work my buddy i got it from grows this shit and is the only shit he grows clones are able to be taken from it but it flowers on its own and gets at least 3 ounces per plant.. altough he says he does switch it to 12/12 to save elec and it starts flowering faster

light cycles dont apply. nether does cloning

Ive grown plenty of AF's and taking clones just aint happening. The life cycle is too quick. If you want more plants then save a male to pollinate one female or one branch on the female. Trust me, you"ll have more than enuff seeds. I normally get about 2 O's dry from each plant.

Optimum light is 18/6.....I would say thats the minimum. You could go 20/4 or even 24/7 and get the same results.

I have been thinking a lot about AF lately and I was wondering if you could top them and clone them when they are really young before they flower?also besides the lowryder series are there any other reputable AF strains?

here is a pic and this plant has only been on 24 hours and then 19 hours has never has a flowering cycle it is cloneable what u make of it also i have some sort of problem with plant if anyone can help with that cant tell if its nute burn i only gave them a small amount of organic nutes advanced nutrients iguana grown maybe i should switch to flowering nutes? i have a ak48 growing in there as well maybe i should cross with this if the ak is a male. not this plant but the clone i took from it .. as by the time the other one gets big enough to pollinate this will be getting to late into cycle for seeds as it looks like its trying to flower .. normally i don't even get hairs until i flower.. this plant here was a clone from a friend i never grew this strain before ..but if its a cloneable autoflowering strain that should be the shit .. i wonder if the mix would have some autoflowering traits . alright i done rambling any input would be appreciated except on my spelling or grammer thanks

plant is flowering so is natural too have yellowing leaves, this is the plant feeding off itself.

no it cant be cloned all side shoots have way too many buds on too be cloned. you would loose yield by trying too clone her. best let her keep on going.

what lights being used ? what ferts being feed ? what soil is she in? what size pots she in ? how high is plant ?

my understanding is that AF's don't need nukes. thats what I have read on this and other forums.
