Can you effectively use Windowsill + LED lighting?

Hello, so here's the deal:

After my first grow I'm planning to grow 1x Kali Mist Fem and 1x Pineapple Express Auto

But I've heard so many great things about Kali Mist that I want to give it the whole 1 x Mars Hydro 300w for itself. And grow the Pineapple Express Auto in my South facing bay windows and move it some hours per day to the LED Mars Hydro room to receive some LED light although indirectly as the Kali Mist would be overtaking most of it.

What do you think of this? Is it viable? Will it be successful? Do plants get stressed like this?

I'm not that interested so much on the yield on the Pineapple Express but rather on just trying different strains.

LEDs work just fine and it won't stress your plant, especially during the hot time of the year because they don't heat a room but I'd keep your grow somewhere private to prevent possible theft or arrest if you live in an area where growing is a felony.

No that's not a problem where I live and the plant wouldn't be visible but my concern is not whether LEDs are effective but if it works fine to combine Windowsill light + INDIRECT LED lighting in a room, how indirect? Well probably not that indirect just not above the plant as another plant will be directly below the Mars Hydro.

Natural sunlight is a good thing. I try to do it as much as possible, like you maybe place them in a window during the day and moving them back under the lights when the sunlight dims or whatever. Won't hurt a thing. Never tried just growing them in a window sill full time tho.
