can you flower with 66w cfl?

I hear this a lot from newer growers. "Can I flower with X watts of light?". Yes... yes you can! These are only about 22 days in

You can flower with a 60 watt incandescent if that is what you choose. Doesn't mean you should.

You wont get much as far as yield goes, but you can do it. I suggest adding more lights personally. At least 2 more.
