sure you can, its a weed. but then you take all of the chances nature can throw at you.

How do you think it grew before people started making grow rooms? Stupid question really.

not possible.you have to be a full time gardener to grow good weed.
of course you can grow outside but you must look after your plants daily.
watering/nutes/temps/location/light/pests.the list goes on and on.
and what country/climate????????????.

It's very possible to grow weed outdoors.

It's very probable that it will not be as good as weed cared for over the same course of time.

Also take into account that the dark season is coming. Where I am, the natural daylength is 12:30, so we're naturally getting 11:30 of darkness. Soon it will naturally be a 12/12 (day/night) schedule, which is when plants want to "close up shop" for the next season.
