ive been really fuckin with it..

the day i first topped her, she had a light fall on her and nearly burn through the stem, this is like a week after.

From day 1 of veg I've supercropped every fresh shoot, fim'ed each one as soon as I see new growth at nodes, LST like crazy,

I've snapped several branches trying to supercrop them and repaired them with electrical tape (yes...)

but every morning when I look at her, she's growing like crazy..

I feel like I can't kill this thing.. I'm growing in a home made grow fridge and I'm wondering when to flower..

i could probably train it all the way across to fill the available space.. but to my original question.. can you over train a plant? Im counting about 20 main growing shoots at this point on a relatively small plant.. im picturing a row of colas lol.

What you end up with is too many tops for the pot size/root system and thus none can grow to full potential (IMHO). But, with CFLs not a bad idea to have more tops and keep them short. So I would flower up before too long and get into a larger pot!

Hmm.. yea I'm counting 28 growing tips right now (including brand new growth from fimming), I've just swapped into a 3 gallon pot, and screened everything out to fill the space in the fridge..

I'm going to give it another few weeks to really fill out and let my most recent Fim'ed shoots produce new growth, then put her on 12/12

I'll update later

Yes, you certainly can over train your plants. It's called 'bonsai' and if done too much it will stunt your plant and drastically reduce yield.

In an apparent contradiction, proper application of the very same techniques can result in drastic increases in both yield and quality! Go figure...
