can you transplant into different soil

hey right now its in a 10" pot with this soil and im gonna transplant it into a huge pot and i was wondering if i can use the same soil thats in the 10" pot but have pearlite added into. or is it better to have one growing medium?

yes thats not a problem at all. but the perlite will add a little bit is acidity to the soil so make sure your checking your ph runoff

You can add perlite to the new soil you use. If anything, the improved aeration and drainage of the soil will benefit your girl.
It will not affect the growth more than if you transplanted into an identical soil.
