I’ve been using nic insect control for yrs,excellent service and products!They rear their nematodes on a live host,they come on a sponge.
 
I've used NIc as well. Good service. They replaced a tube of bugs that seemed void of bugs to me. That was decent service although i feel they shipped a tube of carrier but zero bugs evident. I'd use them again.

I’ve used both the baggie and the sponge,found the sponge to be more effective and faster acting.
