Canna Coco damp for weeks before transplant

I have all of my canna coco with 40% perlite and 10% clay pellets treated already with canna A and B. The medium is already in 9 3 gallon grow bags. My babies won't be ready to transplant into the 3 gallons for another few weeks.

So the coco is sitting in the bags damp and will be for 3 more weeks. Do you think there will be a problem when I transplant. If the medium is still semi-damp in the middle?

it doesn't sound like a good idea to me, but i can't give you a definitive answer.
