Canna range feeding in coco

Can someone help me out and tell me how much (per litre) canna ab, calmag, rhizotonic, cannazym, and pk13/14 for each phases from seedling to harvest?

Here’s a full grow guide in coco from seed to harvest , I follow his schedule although I add Rhizotonic . I’ve also attached his feeding schedule below . Good luck
