Cannabis healthcare co. - steps, regulations, how to, web links

My friends and I want to start a cannabis health care company. Does anyone have a web link or a checklist of rules, regulations, and licenses we will need. Also, how much will the licenses cost and what are the rules? HOW DoES tHiS WORK!?. Give me a book, an article, just a hint of a trail and I can research it all.
