Check out your order history. That's where I found my tracking number and updates on my order

Yeah all it says is that the Money Order was banked on the 23rd. I guess I'll just have to wait and see.

I just went and looked and yes he emailed me and said they shipped and the tracking number. It took about 3 days after he received payment to ship order.

that sounds about right ime as well, but d has to take into account the holidays and the fact that they were closed a bit for said holidays.. mr c is about the most stand up guy i know.

Yes I'm well aware. It was even posted on the Zon website they were closed from 24-29. I would also assume closed on 01/01. It has only been 3-4 business days since the 23rd, although it shouldn't take much longer than that. I'm pretty patient. Just wondering what is the normal protocol as it's my first time using Cannazon. Some places give tracking #'s. Some don't.

Yes Racer boy I think your right. I think Urbmon is a little worried he might not get his order, but he will!! Mr. c is a good guy.

Urbmon What kinda of beans did you order?

Oh I'm not worried about if I'll receive the order or not. I would not have ordered with Cannazon if I were worried about that. I have read many great things spoken of Mr. C. Just wondering about the tracking and was just pointing out the process is moving along a little slow, albeit the holiday season and all.

I ordered a couple packs of Greenpoint Seeds. I'm very curious about these Monster Cookies crosses.

Well yesterday I sent Cannazon my 2nd email in the past 7 days with neither of them responded to.

I'm thinking this will be the first and last time I use Cannazon. The customer service is far from impressive.

Mr C finally got back to me. Very glad he did. He explained to me there were issues with the banking and it has now been sorted out. I'm not feeling so grumpy about it now that he has responded to my emails. Just might give them another go in the future, I just won't do it at a stupid time like xmas.

I'm guessing he didn't want to give me a runaround until he actually knew what was going on, which if that was the case I appreciate.

i've been waiting to hear how this worked out for you d. since i'm a big supporter of pretty much all things mr c, and the zon.. it's been my experience that he's pretty quick with his responses, and shipping, and what not.. glad you got to the bottom of it, and hope your order arrives soon..
what did you get if you don't mind my asking m8..

I nabbed a couple packs of Greenpoint Seeds Bubba Kush x Monster Cookies. Been interested in those MC crosses and I felt that Cannazon was a safer bet than NGR.

When they came in stock I raced to the post office the next day and rushed home to email my tracking code to Mr. C in hopes he will reserve the packs for me, which he did.

money order delayed my package by 5 days until it cleared

So an update for those who are interested.

I received my Cannazon package but there were a few hiccups in the process. No problem. Shit happens. Not that big of a deal to me but these issues could be to some.

When creating my account on the Cannazon website I naturally used a fake name as I would with nearly any website I sign up. It was pretty silly name like "Indo Johnny". I changed the name in the account to something more appropriate when I noticed this was attached to the shipping address. I also emailed Mr. C to let him know specifically NOT TO SHIP IT TO INDO JOHNNY! He assured me a note has been added to the account and it would be shipped to the appropriate name.

So the package arrived with the name INDO JOHNNY on the envelope. Talk about discreet. I would be sweating bullets if it was shipped directly to my site and I was not legal. It would really suck to be one of those people. Thankfully I have a trust friend receive all my packages for me.

I read a ton of brown nosing about how AMAZING Mr C's customer service is. I read so much about how hard it is to find your stealth beans. I can't say I received any of that. The customer service was simply average and the beans were easy as fuck to find, blatantly obvious, may as well not have been stealthed at all. A simple dvd case or even beans in a padded envelope would suffice just as well. I was recommended the beans MUST be removed from the original breeder packaging so I agreed but it was pointless in the manner it was shipped. Maybe my expectations were set too high?

I will probably only use Cannazon again if they have something I really really really really really really want and can't find anywhere else(last resort). I understand this is not the experience everyone shares, but for me there are many other places that offer better prices and with quicker processing. I can't say I'm compelled to use them again.





TL;DR I received beans taken from the breeder packaging for no apparent reason shipped to the least discreet name in the world. Slow processing, average customer service. Will only use again as a last resort.

Did you go with stealth shipping? You must not have, because his stealth is the best in the biz IMO. It took me 10 minutes, and plenty of cursing before I stumbled upon the beans in the package the first time I dealt with them.

Yes I did go with stealth which is why the beans were removed from the breeder packaging. I mean I have never read even a single Canadian mention of their beans being seized so it just might not be as big of a concern for when shipping to Canada thus less dramatic measures to be taken. I don't know.

They were literally inside a piece of plastic, which imo is no different than the breeder packaging plastic to an xray machine.

If anything was giving anything away it was the name INDO JOHNNY lol

Forgot to post a pic. Freebie looks nice though. Never received a ton of freebies before but I'm actually stoked to try this one out. A Breeder Steve creation, possibly DJ collab? I did read they collabed on a few strains somewhere. Sweet Pink Grapefruit x Flo.

I'm having the worst experience EVER with Cannazon!!! My first trial order arrived in 3 weeks and 2 beans were crashed: Mr C told me he would have replaced them with my next order.
Order #2 placed one month and 2 weeks ago and not yet arrived. Looked in my order history, there's no tracking number.
Order #3 placed 20 days ago and the status has been PENDING ever since the order was placed!!! Paid via CC, sent 6 email to the dude and he never replied back. Asked for a refund, he never replied and I've even called and they didn't answer the call. WTF!!
I would NEVER order from them again, worst service ever and I've lost £250 since I wouldn't know how to get them back from my credit card company. Not cool.
