Cant figure out what my problem is!

Hey all, first time grower here and my plants are both showing this same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated
Medium: Biobizz Light mix. 5 Gallon Smart pots. Royal Medic strain.
Nutrients: None used yet. Water Ph is 6.3-6.5, 3 times a week.

Overwatered for sure, but do you see gnats by chance? common overwatering can attract fungus gnats

Is there a reason that you didn’t fill the pots? Looks like she is growing in a hole. Tough to get good air movement when she’s growing below the rim of the pot.
